I booked a cruise on the new azura with a leading Cruise specialist I was sent a voucher giving me free parking at Southhampton, when I tried to use it I was told it was the wrong code, I rang the agent who said I was not entitled to free parking, the person who took my booking told me I had free parking when I booked, It seems that once they get your money they remove your offer. I have taken it up with trading standards and am going to go to abta.

Some of the cruise specialists may change their offers after booking, depends on number of travelers and how is trip is going profitable for them, and also some destinations may change the offers and not updated by cruises.
