I booked a cruise on the new azura with a leading Cruise specialist I was sent a voucher giving me free parking at Southhampton, when I tried to use it I was told it was the wrong code, I rang the agent who said I was not entitled to free parking, the person who took my booking told me I had free parking when I booked, It seems that once they get your money they remove your offer. I have taken it up with trading standards and am going to go to abta.
